Two frozen sourdough pizza bases ready for toppings of your choice.
Heat up a baking steel or pizza stone in your oven at 250 or as hot as it can go.
Allow a couple of minutes for the base to thaw, place on a well-floured surface, give it a roll and apply your tomato sauce and other toppings. Put the pizza in the hot oven on the heated pizza stone or baking steel and cook for about 10min or until the crust starts to brown.
